Firm Profile Kwart & Company Chartered Accountants was originally formed by Jack Rotenberg, C.A. in 1963. Since that time the firm has established an excellent reputation in the business and professional community in providing service to clients which meet and exceed their expectations. Personal Service and Team Philosophy We provide personal service to our clients on a one to one basis but we also take advantage of the valuation knowledge of our staff.
